The rating buttons are hidden until you switch them on: Options & Filters → tick Ratings. That same tick adds the corner ✓ used to select several photos and rate them in one go.
Rating needs an account. Signed out, there are no rating buttons at all.
Your ratings are private to your account — other members never see them, and the counts beside each filter option (Top (4), Unrated (180)) are counting yours.
The buttons are toggles. Tap the active one to clear the rating.
The Rating filter's Admin Fav's option is the exception — those are the curator's picks, shared with everyone.
Single click, double-click and click-and-hold each run their own action, and you pick all three in Options & Filters.
Out of the box: click opens View Large, double-click opens View Full Size, and holding opens Photo Details. Any of them can be set to Zoom & Pan instead, up to 5000%.
In the viewer: ← → move, Space runs a slideshow, I opens details, Esc closes. The full key list sits at the bottom of Options & Filters.
The filter box beside the album name narrows only the photos already on screen. It never searches the rest of the album, and the pager is unaffected.
It matches the title, the file name, and whatever you have turned on under Show under photos — a caption the page isn't displaying can't be matched.
Rating and Show stay set across albums and across visits. An album that looks half empty is usually a filter you left on.
Reset Options To Defaults, in the same panel, clears every gallery setting at once.
An album link works for anyone who has it — no account and no invitation needed. There is no per-album permission, so treat the URL as the key.
Copy Album URL To Clipboard is in Options & Filters.
Open a photo and the address bar follows it, so copying the URL then — or the viewer's Share button — links to that exact shot.
Photo Details lists the camera, exposure, date taken, and, when the photo carries them, its GPS coordinates.
